How to Choose Wholesale Baby Swaddles

Swaddles are the anchor product of most baby textile lines - and the one where fabric choices, sizes and branding details matter most. This guide walks wholesale buyers through the decisions that matter before placing a first order.
Start with the fabric
Two fabric families cover most wholesale programs: bamboo blends and cotton muslin. Bamboo muslin (95% bamboo fiber, 5% spandex) is cool, soft and stretchy - the fabric can come into direct contact with newborn skin. 100% cotton muslin is the workhorse: breathable, durable and available across our line in 4 to 10-layer options.
Pick the right size and layers
Our swaddle line runs from the 90x90cm double-layer swaddle to the generous 110x110cm 6-layer blanket. As a rule of thumb: more layers mean more weight and opacity, fewer layers mean a lighter, more breathable wrap. Match the size to your market's use - swaddling, nursing cover, stroller blanket or all-in-one.
Colors, prints and your brand
Solid-color series start from 10+ ready colors. For your own designs, our factory runs digital printing on muslin - your patterns, mascot or logo reproduced across the blanket. Branding options include printed logos, embroidery and woven labels.
MOQ, lead time and samples
MOQ and lead time are quoted per project and depend on fabric, layers and printing - contact us with your requirements and we will confirm current ready-stock colors and sampling arrangements. Samples are available before bulk production.
